How To Play American Football For Juniors - Part 3

Positions

1-Strategist.

The backbone of the infringement. The quarterback is the player who receives the instant-start game. The player usually choose whether to give one of the pilots, run the game itself, or pass it to one of his teammates.

2-Run

The pilot is responsible for managing the football or helping to block for the quarterback during a passing game. A running back should have fast feet and quick legs to avoid all defenders.

3-Advice

Catch the ball away from your body, with your hands and draw close. This helps prevent the ball from bouncing back into your body as you try to catch it.
To keep the ball in the safe position, place the palm of one hand on the tip of one side of the ball and put the other end into the fold of the inside of your arm when the elbow is. Then draw the arm so that the ball is against your body closely. When you are about to get hit by another person, place your free hand on top of the ball and keep it tight. It is better to lose yards and keep the ball than winning yards and end up clumsy.
As football is a tough sport, do not hesitate to seek help if it feels as if it has been hit too hard and hurt.
